We always love our experience at The Lot. Honestly, it's difficult to watch a movie anywhere else. Tasty food, comfortable clean environment, and consistently great service.
Cool movie theater! Movie theater snacks are super expensive, but the regular food menu is okay priced. I ordered from the kids menu and it was a hefty portion of chicken strips! The seats are an old leather material and cracking, but comfy overall. It is annoying that servers are walking around throughout the move and blocking the movie from people behind
Our date night took us here this week. I give the theatre and seats five stars. Comfy, spacious and luxurious. I give the food three stars. I give the service four stars. But I'll give management and the staff 10 stars. I won't bore you with the details but our night went sideways and not as planned, a manager named Taylor was 100% attentive to our needs, righted the awkward food situation, got our mis -ticketed movie seats corrected and loaned us a phone charger. Taylor was so kind and helpful I just wanted to cry because she put us so at ease after all our frenzied mix ups. We were so impressed with her that we booked our next event at the restaurant thanks to Taylor and Tiffany. She is advising us on the really good dishes to order for our reception next month. If you enjoy movies go here. You won't be let down.
*This review is for a private event I attended* Attended a birthday event here earlier this evening. Food was served buffet style and then we got to watch a movie inside Auditorium 3. The food wasn't great. The Potato Dauphinoise, similar to the scallop potatoes from Costco, was my favorite out of everything on our menu. Neat birthday event, dinner and a movie was relaxing, especially with the reclining seats. Plentiful parking close by. Service was good. Saw a sign: $13 movie deal on Wednesdays.
The 5-star rating is for the movie theater itself. I love that there are comfy reclining seats, it makes me never want to go to a regular movie theater again. I also love that you can get a full dining service while you're sitting in the comfort of your seat watching the movie you paid for and not having to miss any scenes to get up to get any snacks/food or drinks you might want. They have a full bar and yes you're allowed to drink in the movie theater (of course you have to be 21+ to have alcoholic drinks). For the restaurant part of the Lot, I would have to say is pretty mediocre; it gets a 3-star rating from me. My daughter ordered the Chicken Tortilla Soup and it was seriously so gross, I have never had chicken tortilla soup that tasted SO salty and like straight tomato! We might as well had ordered tomato soup! My daughter could not eat it and we told our server and thankfully our server was kind and understanding enough to take the soup off our bill and even told me that he'll let the cooks know. We will always go back to watch a movie here, simply for the comfy reclining seats and dining service while watching the movie. I recommend the movie theater!
I recently visited this theater to watch a movie (though I'll admit, the Joker musical wasn't my cup of tea). But let's get to the good stuff--the theater itself was fantastic! From the moment you walk in, the place feels spotless and inviting. It's in a great location, and the interior is even better. The theater has electric recliner seats, which are super comfortable, and the best part? They serve food directly to your seat after you order from the menu. The food was delicious, and the convenience of not having to leave your seat is a huge plus. While it's on the pricier side, the overall experience is definitely worth it. I'll absolutely be coming back!
This is the only movie theater my husband and I will go to! They're awesome here. We've been here for countless movies and Super Bowl showings. Never a bad time here. The food is AMAZING. Service is fast and efficient. What more could you want!
$46 for two tickets is insane. Service was excellent. The concession team was amazing. Popcorn was fresh a and tasty. The flat bread was doughy-and not crisp. A total disappointment. Auditorium was nice, cool, and clean and the sound and picture were great. That said... nearly $100 is waaaaaaaay to much to spend on a movie, no matter how nice it is. Just not a value.
